Selecting a tower now shows what special abilities a tower has.
Money earned from destroying meteor is now displayed when meteor is destroyed.
Updated the icons that show what level the tower is.

BUG FIXES
Towers with projectile count upgrades will start using the upgrades without waiting for the tower to be upgraded to level two.
